Materials
I strongly prefer natural materials and natural materials are also generally perceived as more upper class.
Most likely, the MVP will be cotton or a cotton-polyester blend.
A quick search turns up the fact that linen yarn absolutely does exist. This opens up the potential for creating summer knits.
I am apparently allergic to wool, but perhaps not all types of wool. I intend to determine if there is a type of wool I can successfully wear. Whether I can or cannot, wool options are something I would like to include for serious winter wear options if the MVP is successful.
If the line is successful, I would like to add leather goods, starting with belts and shoes.
I'm not big on wearing buttons, so belts have been an important part of shaping and closing up clothes a la the knit coat I had. Knits and standard belts with a tongue don't mix well. So I want a line of knit-friendly belts plus shoes and then they could also come in coordinating colors and patterns to complete your wardrobe all in one place.
I once had a cotton-silk blend T-shirt which was the most amazingly comfortable shirt ever. I would be thrilled if I could do something like that at some point.
